High King Fender flares are 100% pure ABS plastic with UV coating produced. We DO NOT use polypropylene. There is a reason why the top brands in the industry ABS plastic use compared to polypropylene. The ABS durability exceeds that of polypropylene. ABS strength and stiffness combined acrylonitrile and styrene - polymers with the toughness of polybutadiene rubber, and it is considered superior for its hardness, gloss and toughness properties "(reference Wikipedia).

THICKNESS:

Compared to competitors King Fender flares have a thicker material (depending on the application). This contributes to the longevity of King Fender flares and impact resistance. Some wings of the competitors are so thin that already occur during installation cracks in the spacers.

King Fender flares prides itself on high quality surfaces. Unlike some competitors, the smooth finish of King Fender flares is actually smooth. Competitors many imperfections and even buckled fenders may have, making the paint preparation very difficult.
